1General Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between baazilive.biz ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "Member"). By registering with or using baazilive, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2Account Registration & Use

To create a valid account on baazilive, the following conditions must be met:

• Each individual may only open one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be requested at any time. Failure to comply may result in withdrawal suspension.

Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, change your password immediately and notify our support team.

3Age & Eligibility Requirements

The following individuals are not permitted to use baazilive:

• Any individual under the age of 18.
• Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Individuals enrolled in a self-exclusion program.
• Baazilive employees and their immediate family members.

Parents and guardians are also responsible for preventing minors from accessing gaming. If we suspect a minor is using an account, we will close it immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on baazilive are governed by the following rules:

• Baazilive reserves the right to hold any withdrawal if fraud is suspected.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Baazilive regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. Please read the following terms carefully before claiming any bonus:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement. Full details are available on the bonus page.
• Each promotion may only be used once — per member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Any expired bonus will be automatically forfeited.
• Bonuses may only be used on specific games — using a bonus on games outside those listed in the terms may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Baazilive reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus at any time.
• Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may be suspended.

6Gaming Rules & Fairness

All games on baazilive are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring every game result is fully impartial and random.

• In Sports Betting, the official result of the designated event is final. In the event of any dispute over a result, baazilive's decision shall be binding.
• Any odds or results incorrectly displayed due to a technical error will be considered void.
• Bets placed on live events after the bet has closed will not be accepted.
• Baazilive reserves the right to investigate any unusually large bets placed on an event.

Game Cancellation Policy

A game or bet may be voided and the stake refunded in the following circumstances:

• If an event is cancelled or postponed.
• In the event of a technical fault in the system.
• In the event of incorrect odds being displayed.

7Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting fraud, hacking, or system manipulation.
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Threatening or harassing other members.
• Filing false chargebacks.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Baazilive reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following circumstances:

• In the event of any breach of these terms.
• In the event of a KYC verification failure.
• In cases of suspected fraud.
• Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gaming is negatively affecting you, you can enroll in our self-exclusion program to close your account for anywhere from 6 months to permanently. This is a final step — accounts cannot be reactivated during the self-exclusion period.

9Responsible Gaming
